Real Estate Sales Coach

Location: Sacramento, CA

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Directly help our clients by conducting product/service demos
  • Have one-one-one phone calls with discussing or company and the use of our services
  • Coordinate follow-up with our marketing department on product inquiries/requests for more information about our service.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or higher degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales
  • Ability to communicate extremely well over the phone and via email with clients
  • Drive to reach monthly goals, independently and as a team
  • Friendly, relaxed, self-confident and helpful attitude/style
  • A comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry desired
  • A license in real estate is a big plus

Real Estate Operations Assistant

Location: Sacramento, CA

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help manage company’s performance matrix and provide regular reporting to ownership.

Position Requirements:

  • You must be systematic, process driven and helpful in your daily duties
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operations or project management position
  • 2-3 years of experience with a complex database reporting system, with the ability to pull report, manipulate data, and update the system.
  • Strong operations mentality and project management skills – systems and process oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – proven ability to bring out the best in others.
  • Committed to personal and professional growth.
  • Very knowledgeable in financial systems.
  • Excellent computer skills (masterful across Microsoft Office suite).
  • Extremely articulate and effective written communication.
  • Real estate experience is beneficial.

Marketing / Event Coordinator

Location: Sacramento, CA

MyOutDesk, a leading real estate virtual assistant company, is looking for a creative, detail oriented, passionate, and hard-working Marketing/Event Coordinator, to add to our marketing department, located in Sacramento, CA. We offer good pay, benefits, and a family team environment.

The ideal individual for this position will:

  • Have created valuable content with the intention of changing/enhancing prospect/clients behavior, across multiple marketing mediums (Print, White Papers, Email, Social Media, PR, Video etc.).
  • Describe themselves as a persuasive content creator, which has the ability to engage target market and drive leads
  • Describe themselves as a highly effective event project manager for virtual, local, and remote events.
  • Have the skill set to develop, execute and track email, blogs, events and other campaigns to ultimately improve percentage of lead conversions, shorten conversion timelines and build company’s brand awareness.
  • Be willing to attend national and international events on a routine basis.

The candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Professional Writing or preferred; significant work experience can substitute for the degree.
  • At least one years’ experience coordinating special events, virtual, local and remote.
  • At least one years’ experience writing professional content for businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking.
  • Experience with CRM, e-mail nurturing systems, and Adobe Creative products.
