The Real Estate industry is always changing. One great way to keep your finger on its pulse is by listening to podcasts. With your busy schedule, you may not have much time to sit and read or even watch the news about the latest goings-on in Real Estate. So listening to a podcast while doing chores over the weekend or while you drive somewhere might be the most efficient and even fun way to keep yourself in the know.

With so many Podcasts that exist out there, we took a deeper look into what Real Estate Agents are actually listening and subscribing to. We wanted to put together a list of podcasts that people involved in the Real estate industry love. This is what we found:

1. Agent Caffeine– Kelly Mitchell

2. YES Talk– Kevin Ward

What others say about them: There is no other podcast like this one! Kevin delivers excellent insight into each episode and usually does it in under 20 minutes. I recommend his show to be new AND experienced agents. We can always use that edge to stand above the competition, and that’s what Kevin delivers!

3. Super Agents Live– Toby Salgado

What They Say They’re About: Super Agents Live was conceived on a talk show.  I was invited to come to tell my story on a show called The Eventual Millionaire.  The show interviews Millionaires and asks them how they did it, and gives advice to aspiring millionaires.  I was asked what I would tell people who wanted to make a million.  My answer was, “Pick the right vehicle.”  If you wanted to travel across the Gobi desert, you would not attempt it in a Ferrari—you need to have a four-wheel drive with extra gas tanks—– the right vehicle.

8. Keeping it Real– D.J. Paris

They say they’re about:   We have almost 600 brokers at our firm, but there are almost 40k total agents in Chicago! So, I decided to start this podcast to give agents outside our firm an opportunity to tell their stories and share their successes. I hope it will be helpful to you in your business. Also, if you’re new to real estate and looking for a firm to join, this gives you access to dozens of different options. Of course, we’d love it if you joined our firm (we pay the highest real estate commissions in Chicago), but I interview brokers from every firm in town so they can talk about what they offer!

If you want to last in Real Estate and keep return clients, be an honest Real Estate Agent. I know I will.
