Use your time to grow your business by working on it instead of in it with MyOutDesk Virtual Assistants. Schedule your Double My Business Strategy Session and find out how!
Business growth doesn’t mean you have to do more, it means you have to learn what your time is best spent on and you focus on those things instead. Time is precious, and your time is worth so much more than you are giving yourself credit for.
It starts with building systems and processes and then building a team to implement them. You may think hiring people is an expense, but really, it’s an investment. You are buying back your time so you can spend it working on your business rather than in it.
MyOutDesk aims to help you move from the “I Do It” stage to the “We Do it” and “They Do it.” In the “I do it” stage you are doing everything yourself, and all responsibilities are on your shoulders. To move to the “We Do it” Stage, you build your team and delegate all your activities that do not affect your revenue directly. These are transaction coordination, marketing, prospecting, etc. You delegate these responsibilities and take-on those revenue productive activities like talking to clients, closing deals, and making connections.
