MyOutDesk Responds to Super-Typhoon Yolanda

The expressions are heartfelt and mean a lot to our team overseas!  To date there are no reported casualties of MyOutDesk employees.  There are many that we have still not heard from — but we feel that is understandable given the widespread power outages.

We’ve been working since to storm struck to stay in touch with and confirm the safety of our employees.  Thank you for your understanding as our team reassembles – they just experienced one of the strongest recorded typhoons in history to make landfall.

Today MyOutDesk owners Daniel and Jason Ramsey announced that our company will have an interest free loan program available to all employees in the Philippines affected by Typhoon Yolanda. Those requiring assistance in rebuilding their homes and getting back on their feet will have this option available to them.  MyOutDesk is contributing $10,000 to this relief effort immediately.  If you are a virtual assistant of ours or you’re a client of ours  and know of someone in need — please let us know ASAP so that we can be a part of their recovery.

We know that money doesn’t solve every problem – and can never heal the wounds or family loss that some may have experienced.  Our hope is that this would be one of many ways that we show our appreciation and love for our team.  We sincerely hope it helps.
