Look at the different areas of your business and assess which responsibilities can be delegated. How will you know? You need to look at the outcome of each one. If your participation does not affect the result, then you can delegate it. For example: posting listings on MLS, will the outcomes change if you do it or someone else does it? If not, then you can delegate it.
On the other hand, say you are negotiating a contract since the outcome is reliant on you, then your focus should be on that and other similar activities. A major flaw in many Real Estate businesses is that the Real Estate Agent is not focused on the outcomes. They are so busy wearing so many hats that their time is split and they are unable to work on their business because they are stuck working in it. This is why many Real estate businesses do not scale.
