Steven Koleno gets big results: since 2015, his team at Worth Clark Realty’s Koleno Group has completed more than 2,400 MLS rental and sales transactions, earning him recognition by the Chicago Association of Realtors for being in the top 1 percent of Realtors in the city as well as the No. 1 rental broker in Chicago.

We’re honored to join him for this exclusive interview where he’s going to share some of the secrets that have propelled the Koleno Group to unparalleled success – including how his team has embraced technologies, transitioned from a rental to a sales-first business model, and of course how they leverage MyOutDesk virtual assistants to reduce costs & boost productivity.

Steven attributes much of his team’s growth to its ability to adapt to changes in the industry, such as the emergence of new technology. For instance, they use a 3-D Matterport camera to offer 3-D virtual tours of all rental and sales listings.

“We have learned to embrace the changes and utilize every opportunity to use technological advancement to offer our clients the latest marketing techniques,” he says, “while providing the most cost-efficient and flexible commission structure in the industry.”

Koleno is also experienced working with investors in the distressed properties market, and he leverages that experience to help traditional homeowners. He also continues working with large institutional-owned single-family home providers and the residential investing segment.
